Dr George Ho, Associate Professor in the Department of Supply Chain and Information Management, won the Gold Medal with Jury Congratulations for his innovative project “WarehouseGenie” at the International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva 2026. The system leverages advanced technologies — including GenAI, drones, AR, and the Internet of Things (IoT) — to tackle major challenges in the warehousing sector such as high staff turnover, complex standard operating procedures, and rising demands for safety and accuracy.
