The School of Communication held the 9th Business Journalism Awards to recognise outstanding journalists in business news. The ceremony was officiated by Mrs Apollonia Liu, Director of Information Services of the HKSAR Government.

The Awards featured nine categories, with a total of 34 awards recognising excellence in various journalism fields including business and financial reporting such as “Business Journalist of the Year”, “Young Business Journalist of the Year”, “Best Business News Reporting” Award and others.
