HSUHK and the AS Watson Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding in November 2023 to support the academic and career development of HSUHK students, and the “1-Day Store Manager Experience Programme” is one of the initiatives.
In the programme, HSUHK students interested in the retail industry underwent professional training and coaching workshops by AS Watson experts to learn about retail knowledge and career planning. They then had the chance to be store managers for a day and get real work experience on the frontline in PARKnSHOP, Watsons and FORTRESS.
