HSUHK confers Honorary University Fellowships on five outstanding individuals to recognise their remarkable achievements in their professional fields, as well as their contributions to society and the University.
Ms Suzanne Chan has had an extensive career in the fields of accounting and finance. She served as a member of the HSUHK Council and Vice Chairperson of the Finance Committee, and helped establish a sustainable financial framework for the University.
Mr Thomas Ching is an HSUHK alumnus and a seasoned entrepreneur in the insurance industry. He has made multiple donations for the development of HSUHK and is a member of the University’s Fundraising and Donation Committee, as well as a Programme Consultant for the actuarial studies and insurance programme.
Ms Tong Hing-min is a distinguished professional in human resources management. She was a member of the HSUHK Council and Chairman of the Human Resources Committee. She also helped shape the University’s human resources policies and practices.
Mr Tsang Wing-wah is a lawyer who actively supports HSUHK’s campus development through the Tsang Shiu Tim Charitable Foundation. He is also a Board member of the Fung Yiu King Evergreen College of HSUHK’s Jockey Club Residential Colleges.
Dr Yip Kit-chuen is a prominent industrialist and entrepreneur. His commitment to education is evident through generous donations to various tertiary institutions in Hong Kong and Mainland, including HSUHK. He also served as an Adjunct Professor at HSUHK.
